The Hanami Memoir is an original cozy plush pet bed designed using our resident artist's original painting (see last image). The painting is digitally printed on the washable bed cover which comes with insert. Kindly allow up to 8 - 14 business days for delivery due to the custom printed nature of the pet pillow.

• Waterproof cotton duck bottom in black
• Insert made from polyester 
• Concealed zipper 
• Machine-washable cover in cold water, tumble dry on low. 

Please do not bleach the cover during wash. The product is sealed in a poly bag and boxed for shipping.

Due to the custom printed nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations. However, we will gladly honor returns and / or exchanges due to product defects, subject to clear documentation. Please contact us via email us asap for returns and / or exchanges. 

For international purchases, the customer is responsible for all customs taxes, fees or duties. We do not accept returns due to customs delay.
