What is your shipping policy?
For accent pillows and totes, due to the custom printed nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations. However, we will honor returns and / or exchanges due to product defects, subject to clear documentation. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges that are returned in damaged condition will not be honored.

We ship using USPS unless for original artworks where we will ship through UPS or Fedex.
For international purchases, the customer is responsible for all customs taxes, fees or duties. We do not accept returns due to customs delay.
